1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by kg99. This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or begin using any kg99 service, whichever is earlier.

• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is entirely prohibited by local law.

3Registration & Account Management

9Account Termination & Closure

You may close your KG99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

KG99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or serious misconduct.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory agencies.
• Multiple account ownership detected.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
